Just a quick note…when seeing Dr. Kourtney under insurance please be advised that The Holistic Method Programs, programs offered via The Holistic Collaborative, is not currently covered by insurance. Dr. Kourtney is able to serve insurance patients through her Crossroads ObGyn and Wellness practice which is contracted with most major insurance companies. Please be advised however that when using insurance and seeking functional, integrated or holistic care that this type of care is facilitated through group visits which is billed to your insurance. If you are not sure if this is the type of care that you are seeking you can always schedule an introduction consultation as well. If Dr. Kourtney is out of your network then you would be a self pay patient and we would recommend going back a page and clicking on the self pay option.

When seeing Dr. K and you do want to use your insurance (if she is in your network) but during that consultation it is identified that you may benefit from one of the above services that your insurance doesn’t cover then the billing team will review your options with you directly.
